Enterprise technology
More than 25 years across technology and leadership, including investment banking and enterprise environments. Understanding the systems around AI is part of understanding how to introduce it.
About Reimea / Formed in 2026
Reimea was formed in 2026 to address the next business need: helping organisations control and govern AI as it becomes part of everyday work.
Why Reimea exists
Businesses are adopting AI to answer questions, support conversations and help people complete their work. As that use expands, the questions change. Which information may an AI system use? Who is it acting for? What may it do? When should a person approve the next step?
Reimea was set up to address that need as an agent control platform: a way to deploy AI with governance around its actions and controlled learning through reviewed knowledge. Our focus connects useful intelligence to permissions, accountable knowledge updates, human decisions and evidence.
The goal is to make AI useful inside real business processes, with clear ownership of how it behaves. That means considering the whole workflow, from the information entering a conversation to the action taken and the record left behind.
Our starting point is work where responsibility matters: voice-led service operations, business support, governed knowledge and the design of source-attributed care information. We bring the operational and technical questions into the same conversation.
Founder and CEO
Paul brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology and leadership experience across investment banking, US healthcare AI, cybersecurity and company building.
His background includes roles with Rothschild, NASDAQ, Wells Fargo and IBM. That experience spans organisations where technology has to work within established controls, where information is sensitive and where decisions need an accountable owner.
Between 2015 and 2023, Paul built healthcare technology in the United States. He co-founded HealthPointe Solutions and served as its CTO and CISO, working on AI and healthcare platform development. His experience combines the challenge of building technology with the responsibility of securing and governing it.
Paul’s background also includes UK healthcare IT, digital systems and information governance leadership. It gives him a perspective on both sides of AI adoption: the teams developing the technology and the organisations that must assess, approve and operate it.
He founded Reimea in 2026 to bring that experience to the next stage of business AI: useful capabilities supported by a clear framework for control, governance and human responsibility.
The experience behind the company
More than 25 years across technology and leadership, including investment banking and enterprise environments. Understanding the systems around AI is part of understanding how to introduce it.
US healthcare platform development as a HealthPointe co-founder, CTO and CISO, alongside experience in UK healthcare IT and information governance.
Paul’s experience includes fundraising and developing a technology company. He reports more than $28m raised for HealthPointe and a valuation journey from inception to $350m.
The capital and valuation figures are founder-reported historical figures for HealthPointe, not Reimea financials or independently verified metrics.
What we believe AI needs
Be clear about who a system acts for, the information it may use and which actions are permitted. Governance should be part of the workflow people actually use.
Sources, ownership, scope and review dates help teams understand what informs an answer. Knowledge Control makes that lifecycle a visible part of the story.
Make review and approval practical. People need enough context to accept, edit or reject a draft, and a clear way to handle uncertainty or missing information.
Distinguish implemented capabilities from future plans and deployment assurance. A convincing demonstration and a production-ready service require different evidence.
How the vision takes shape
Our agent control platform, bringing governed knowledge and human review to agent workflows. Deployment options cover Azure and planned AWS, with product areas for voice, listening, support, knowledge, intelligence and supervision.
