Website privacy / updated 18 October 2026
Your enquiry stays an enquiry.
This notice explains how Reimea handles website contact details, essential form protection and optional analytics.
Who to contact.
Reimea operates this website. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].
Enquiries
The form asks for your name, work email, organisation, sector, enquiry type and an optional message. We use these details to respond, arrange a discussion and manage any resulting business relationship. The privacy acknowledgement is not permission to add you to a marketing list.
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.
Hosting and email
Our website hosting and email services process the information needed to receive and deliver your enquiry. A successful form response means the hosting mail system accepted it for delivery, not that delivery to an inbox has been independently confirmed.
Essential form protection
A session cookie named reimea_form protects the form against forged submissions. Short-lived rate-limit files contain a hashed network identifier and request timestamps, not your enquiry text. The application discards old timestamps after an hour and removes expired files during later submissions. Normal hosting and security logs may also contain network and request information.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. Before that choice, this version does not load the Google Analytics library. Your choice is stored in your browser as reimea-consent.
When you accept, we measure pages and actions such as starting a briefing, completing an enquiry or exploring the demo. Custom events exclude your name, email, organisation and message. Analytics uses Google services, which may involve processing outside the UK. See Google’s privacy information.
Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops further site tracking and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; Google may retain previously received data according to the Analytics account settings.
Retention and recipients
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond, manage an active relationship or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us for retention details or to request deletion. Access is limited to those who need the information to handle the enquiry and the hosting/email service providers involved.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or request portability. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
If you remain concerned about how your information is handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
External links and changes
LinkedIn and other external sites have their own privacy arrangements. We update this notice when the website’s handling changes and show the review date above.
