Start with the whole workflow
A model may draft a response quickly while the handler spends longer checking it. Measure the request from arrival to a reviewed next step. Include corrections, exceptions and the work passed to another team.
Define a baseline first
Choose a representative sample period and record request types, volume and staffing. Write down exclusions. Compare like with like so that a quieter week or easier queue does not become an apparent product improvement.
Use a scorecard the reviewers can explain
- Handling time: median end-to-end time, with review included.
- Completeness: the proportion of required fields correctly captured and checked.
- Corrections: drafts accepted, edited or rejected, and the reasons.
- Exceptions: missing knowledge, integration failures and misrouting.
- Evidence: whether the action, source and reviewer decision can be reconstructed.
Make failure part of the test
Include unavailable sources, incomplete requests and an AI task that is disabled or times out. The team should still know what happened and how to continue. A clean demonstration is not a substitute for those cases.
Agree when to stop
Name the person who makes the stop/go decision, and the conditions that prevent expansion. Set targets with the team before the pilot begins. This guide supplies no claimed Reimea performance result or guaranteed saving.
